Gesundheit Grape juices, and for the first time Gewurztraminer jellies
made from our 2010 juice by the Regent Café.
On December 3rd join traditional Toronto Island Wassail singers in
the afternoon until dark in the apple house and in the barn.

Estates will be featuring "Empty Bowls" event. Serving a hearty
homemade soup made with one of our red wines, rustic bread, soup recipe
card - for a small donation towards the local food bank. We will also
offer traditional Italian treats. These will be available on all the
Wassail weekends.

We welcome all visitors to enter The Devils Wishbone Winery signing. A complimentary sample of one of our wines will be your reward.
Fifth Town Artisian Cheese Company will be pairing cheese and wine for $2.00 per sample, every Saturday from 1pm to 3pm.
Dave Hill, a local artisit in photography will be displaying his art and will have items framed and unframed available for purchase.
Holiday arrangements from pine branches, bows and ribbons will be precut for guests to create with. Any donations will be gladly be accepted for The Healthy Lunch Program.

Negus (a traditional Victorian), and our own Candy Cane White. Pair them

Tim Hardy. There will be complimentary samples of his mulled wine spices
along with recipe cards for the appetizers.
The
winery retail will have a variety of gift baskets and wine related
accessories for your Christmas shopping. Our Grapevine Marketplace next
door will also be open and it will be stocked with interesting grapevine
Christmas crafts such as trees and wreaths, and an array of antique and
vintage items. Warm you hands around the pot belly stove while singing
along to Christmas carols. |

with the theme of old, Huff's will be offering a unique opportunity to
taste and buy some old vintage wines from our library, including past
gold medal winners and other wines which are no longer available on the
shelves. We will also be pairing some of our sweeter wines with medieval
style desserts prepared by Chef Michael Hoy.
The
Inn will be featuring various creations of county artists in the
courtyard with an opportunity to purchase some pieces, taste some treats
and enjoy a traditional mulled wine!

Tintype
portrait photography available by Horst Herget. The Tintype process was
invented in the 1850's and was one of the first photographic process
that made it possible for the general public to have their portrait
taken. Tintypes are images captured on pieces of black tin, each
resulting image is truly unique and developed while you wait. Advanced
booking suggested, $49 for 4x5 and $65 including archival matte.
Seasonal
wine related gifts with an onsite gift shop hosted by G3 Living in the
granary in our 1800's post and beam barn tasting room. Create a gift
package with wine journals, napkin sets, wine coasters, wine racks,
antique corkscrews and of course, wine.

Keint-he
will be offering guests complimentary mulled wine and roasted
chestnuts, prepared on-site in our limestone hearth. The three weekends
of WASSAIL will also coincide with the release of our 2009 Pinot Noir
and Pinot Meunier. Be one of the first to sample some of these soon to
be classic wines. We will also be pouring Keint-he's highly sought
after, 2008 Pineaux Sauvage, our Noble Rot, Pinot Noir dessert wine!
Drop by and sample some traditionally prepared Burgundian style wines,
made right here in Ontario.
